By complying with the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1968, our pods are legally classified as ‘mobile’ rather than permanent structures. This means they can be assembled on-site and used as ancillary accommodation (an extension of your living space) without the need for full planning permission, provided they meet specific size and mobility criteria.

Your Mod Pod is delivered fully assembled on a flatbed trailer. Depending on your garden access, it can be craned into position or “skated” into place if there is sufficient clearance.
