1. Introduction
Welcome to Mod Pods. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our modular units. By placing an order with Trading Made Easy Ltd (trading as “Mod Pods”), you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Specifications & Customization
All Mod Pods are built to the specifications selected during the “Build Your Pod” process. While we strive for absolute accuracy, slight variations in color and finish may occur due to the nature of materials like Midnight Cedar or Carbon Grey.
3. Pricing and Payments
The “Estimated Total” provided on our configurator is a guide only. Final pricing is subject to a formal quote following a site survey. We require a deposit to secure your build slot, with the balance payable in agreed stages prior to delivery.
4. Site Access & Preparation
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the installation site is level, stable, and accessible for heavy haulage vehicles. Mod Pods is not liable for delays caused by inadequate site preparation or restricted access.
5. Delivery & Installation
Delivery timelines are estimates. We will coordinate with you to confirm a specific window. Title of the goods passes to the customer only upon full payment of the final invoice.
6. Planning Permission
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their specific installation complies with local planning laws and building regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trading Made Easy Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or installation of our products beyond the total purchase price of the unit.
