Lead Times
Standard lead times for a Mod Pod are typically 8–12 weeks from the date of deposit. This allows for precision manufacturing and quality control in our controlled environment.
Access Requirements
Due to the modular nature of our units, we require specific site access:
- Minimum 3m width for vehicle access to the drop-off point.
- Clearance for overhead cables or low-hanging trees.
- A solid, level base must be ready prior to the delivery date.
Delivery Zones
We deliver across mainland UK. Delivery costs are calculated based on your distance from our nearest distribution hub and will be finalized during your formal quote.
